The circles of Reiki are expanding and creating a tapistry of healing energy that surround and embrace all of us. This blog site offers you an opportunity to share within the circles. Sit in stillness, listen and share of your experiences. The voices will reveal the depth of this Tradition. Enter into the realms of experience and join me!
I love having this space to comment and hope others will participate. Thank you Jean for setting this up for everyone.
ReplyDeleteJean Ferris is my Reiki Master. I have been blessed to study and practice Reiki with her. She is also a master instructor. I am a teacher and have found her to be the best instructor I have had in my military and civilian life.
ReplyDeletePlease feel free to call me (206) 605-3935 and I would love to tell you how she has enabled me to walk taller on a better path through life.

Hello. I was a student of Reiki 1 with Jean and never forgot her (year 2000) San Diego. It was an amazing experience. But soon after - and I am not exactly sure when maybe 2002 - I started to have ill effects after Reiki. I would be left with stomach "in ashes" and without being able to drink water. I would feel sick and sometimes faint. (this when I would treat myself - not others) So. I stopped in total. I called her, but she was terribly booked and said we would have to meet in person anyway. I was on the east coast. I could not. I went to other Reiki teachers and spoke to yoga teachers and no one has an answer. I am now in Europe. I tried to pick up the practice again and cannot. In fact my last experience was literally vomiting. Has anyone had this experience? Please help. I miss Reiki very much. I have also since this started happening stopped practicing on others. I only practiced on one or two people of confidence to see what would happen. Everything seemed to run well.
